With our prime location, girls who join Surval Summer Camp get to discover the joys Switzerland and its neighbouring countries.
Popular destinations include
Aigle Adventure Park
Treetop adventuring with obstacles, bridges, walkways, high ropes, giant zip wires, climbs, descents and soft landings. This activity, part of the Land Adventure and Junior Camp, is always a great time for our campers as they challenge themselves in a safe environment with their camp buddies.
Château De Chillon
Our local chateau is one of the most popular sights in Switzerland – and indeed in Europe – with the first-recorded mention of the castle in 1005 AD. Campers joining in on some of the creative arts will be visiting the Chateau de Chillon to learn about its history and inspiring location.
Château D'Oex
Rafting the gorges and aquatic hiking (canyoning) high up in this stunning mountain resort. For campers joining in on the Water Adventure, this will definitely be a highlight of their week!
Chocolate Factory Broc
A sweet adventure exploring the story of this Swiss chocolatier. A day of interactive, multi-sensorial experiences and indulging the palate with the ever-popular chocolate tasting for our Culinary Arts students and Junior campers.
City Visits - Geneva & Bern on the weekend
Exploring the sights and shops of Geneva and Bern on the weekend. When campers don't join on the optional trips to Europa-Park or Zermatt, they spend their weekend in Geneva or Bern and in Aqua Parc, a fun indoors water parc.
Rochers de Naye
Taking the cog railway from Montreux to one of the most stunning panoramic views in Switzerland. The hike to Rochers de Naye is a memorable experience for all campers!
"It was my first camp and I thought it would just be activities at school, but we went to lots of places and did amazing activities. I made loads of friends from all over the world. I loved go karting and the chocolate factory. Best of all were the Etiquette classes learning about other cultures and behaviour. I really impressed my Dad with what I learnt. I am very excited about being a School year student at Surval now."
